910a9c9070 Re-license to GPLv3 
I am the sole author of the existing TigerDine source code, and therefore have the right to re-license it from MIT to GPLv3 without seeking any external permission.

TigerDine is a project that could potentially be at risk of proprietary usage under the existing MIT license, and I want to ensure that TigerDine and any potential derivatives remain free and open source.
